Micro Management was born in order to answer to a pressing demands for technical and highly specialized advising in industrial electronics, in particular for hardware related solutions. Micro Management’s core is the laboratory, in which a technician’s skilled pool can solve any kind of Easy-Level or SMD and BGA technology Board-Level intervention. Micro Management is the only italian company skilled in BGA package rework on notebook mainboard. Low quality interventions, excessively long attending time, poor ability in finding the components needed for repair: in 1998, a careful research carried out among importers, final retailers and customers, brings to light the total lack of adequately equipped assistance centres for electronic Board-Level interventions on notebook in Italy.

NOTEBOOK DIVISION

This is why this specific division was created, becoming soon the only service available in Italy able to give full and quick support in any kind of hardware related matter for all notebook’s models and brands.Due both to the high level “know how” aquired and the manufactorers partnership, above all asian, in finding all the electronic components needed, a standard notebook intervention is planned to be carried out within 3 or 4 days. The service include the delivery of the notebook from the customer and then the handing back by express carrier.

SERVICES REVOLTS TO RETAILERS AND TRADERS

Nowadays market impose to retailers and traders to offer a wider choice of notebook models and brands forcing them to apply to a high number of producers for after sale service. Micro Management is able to manage it, not only through the skill in intervening on all market’s brands, but also in the case of products brand with breakdowns not covered from guarantee of the producer, or that the buyer of a notebook in guarantee it needs of an assistance in the most narrow times. To complement of the repair service, Micro Management offers to the retailer the availability of a complete range of accessories for notebook - memories, discs, ac adapter, batteries, additional disk drives etc. - to particular list prices. A service coordinated in collaboration with own offices I.P.O. of Taiwan, that they acquire the electronic components directly from the factories manufacturers.

DATA RECOVERY

Micro Management is specialized in HDD data recovery. In case of mechanical, electromagnetical or application faults, virus, natural catastrophes, informatic piracy, or similar events. Micro Management has developed data recovery systems for most common operative systems and gives an excellent service with a top level success factor. Many HDD producers reccomend Micro Management and keep valid warranty in case of disc opening in the white room. Data recovery process is divided in two different phases: Diagnosis and Data recovery.

THE DIAGNOSIS

Ones received, HDD is immediatly analysed in the laboratory. In this process part of the data and softwares are recovered. A list of recoverable files togheter with the amount for executed analisys and a quotation to complete the operation is sent to the customer. Based on this informations, the customer can decide to complete the operation or not.

RECOVERY PROCEDURE

If customer accepts, the HDD is submitted to the Micro Management laboratory recovery process. In most cases data recovery is complete. The data is transferred in a backup unit and shipped to the customer.
